QUARRY SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Reporting to: Quarry Manager
Qualifications and Experience
BSc in Mining Engineering or equivalent, Knowledge in Drilling and Blasting operations, Survey Operations, Supervision of mining activities and Equipments, Planning, Organising and Supervision skills, Problem solving, Industrial knowledge, Customer relations, Report writing skills and at least three (3) years' experience in cement or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Drilling, Blasting, Hauling and Crushing operation in a shift, Conduct survey of mine and stocks using total station and GPS, Training of subordinates, Ensure targets are met, Meeting production targets, Efficient operation of units. The candidate will also be responsible for safe working practices and environmental compliance.

The purpose of the Entrepreneurs Financial Centre (EFC) is to provide increased access to specialized financial services for entrepreneurs while contributing to wealth creation, improvement of living conditions and development of the Tanzanian private sector. Owned by international and local investors, EFC Tanzania is distinctive in its emphasis on local development through a collective ownership scheme.
POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER

Qualification & Requirements
Qualifications & Profile:
Applicants should have financial services experience with the following general profile:
• A Degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Chartered Certified Accountant(CCA) or Certified Public Accountant(CPA) Completed;
• One to Three years of Accounting and Finance Experience in a Financial Institution;
• Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting IT System;
• Strong people/relationship skills;

Qualifications & Profile:
Applicants should have financial services experience with the following general profile:
• A Degree in Business Management, Economics or Management;
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services sector;
• Knowledge of microfinance specific to MSE markets would be a definite asset;
• Background in staff management including leadership, skills development and coaching;
• Strong people/relationship skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
